Managed Internet Services for Multi-Tenant Properties
Our platform presents a unique opportunity for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and MDU/MTU Service providers to enter a new market by providing a solution for the rapid and effortless deployment of managed internet services at large multifamily buildings, commercial office suites, retail centers, and similar properties. This allows you to establish a long-term relationship with property owners and generate a consistent, recurring revenue stream. The system is integrated as a recurring utility service, much like electricity and water, and requires minimal maintenance over its typical 5-10 year lifespan before minor equipment upgrades would be expected.

To set up the system, a bulk internet connection is brought to the property by you, the reseller, or the landlord, depending on the chosen offering. The connection must include at least one static IP, and additional blocks of IPs can be allocated to tenants as static public IPs if available. Alternatively, we can provide private IP addresses to tenants. Aditum provides the router, which is connected to the bulk internet connection and configured with the WAN IP information. Tenant spaces are wired with Cat5E/Cat6 cable, terminated in a switch or directly into the router depending on the number of tenants and ports required, and connected to one of the tLAN (Tenant LAN) ports on the router. The property is provisioned in our system with the WAN IP of the router, and the desired tiered internet speed connections are configured. Once the router and property are configured, you or the landlord can log into our web portal and create tenant accounts.
