Web Service Status

Web service availability

Current web service status

Web service uptime represents the amount of time since the most recent interruption to system availability. Short uptimes are often the result of updates or maintenance, not necessarily unplanned incidents.

Database Status

Database response time

Current database status

Database status reflects the availability and responsiveness of the backend data layer that supports portal activity and service management.

Short uptime can reflect routine updates.

A healthy status with a recent uptime reset can simply mean maintenance or deployment work has occurred. The current status is the first thing to check before escalating an operational issue.

Normal Interpretation

  • Healthy status with a short uptime can simply mean recent maintenance or deployment work
  • Healthy database response indicates the portal has data access, not just front-end reachability
  • The live page is meant to reassure operators quickly before they escalate a support concern
When to Escalate

  • A red or failed status indicator on either service layer
  • Repeated access problems that do not line up with a normal maintenance window
  • Known tenant or operator-impacting issues that continue after the live status normalizes
